How We Select Our Properties
Homelink Tuscany is a network of handpicked accommodation across Tuscany. Direct management means the person who answers the phone is the same person who chose every property, knows every detail, and will be there if something goes wrong.
Unlike intermediary platforms, we do not collect third-party listings. Every property in our network has been visited, assessed and accepted according to precise criteria: real location, objective quality, responsible management. No exceptions.
The result is a small, carefully curated portfolio. Five properties across three regions: Florence, Val d'Elsa and the Maremma. We do not add a property unless we are confident it meets the standards we promise our guests.
